It was an amazing experience. I was mistaken when booked a room on wrong date ,arrived late night and the personal of the hotel figured it out easy. Gave me bigger room. I’m so grateful about it! In general place is lovely and such a beautiful and tasty breakfast. Thank you Grand Koru hotel’s team💖wish you amazing guests and all the best!

I booked this place through Airbnb. When we arrived there it was a bit windy even though there was a warning from Istanbul council not to travel due to weather conditions, I called the hotel and the refused to accept the warning and refused to refund me. I drove there during the storm and it was a very scary and risky trip. Check in was basic and easy hence I gave 2 stars. We went to the rooms in a very tiny left and when we opened the door the room was very dark, as the installed only one light bulb 💡 maybe 20w. We stayed there for around 30 min and it was so cold and the wind noise was so loud that we couldn’t sleep It felt like we were in a horror movie. The toilets were again so dark and very dirty. We had to checkout and went to another hotel just after 1 hour of our check in. We paid full price. Maybe in another condition the place would be nice like in the summer. I won’t be going there again

I called to get the price, and they give a higher price than what google showed, so I booked online! Nice big room with a sea view and beach access. Nice garden with good music! The place needs a lot of attentive care and cleaning. Breakfast can be better! Thanks to Murat for his good service.

This one of a kind experience. The hotel is super clean. The team are so friendly. The music of the soft waves will always be in my ears. The Grand Koru otel is a great place and I will surely be back again. Thanks to Mr. Alp and his colleagues.

💎Breakfast 💎Cleanliness 💎Services 📍They also provide currency exchange for Euro to Turkish Lira I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Koru Beach Otel. We stayed here for 8 days . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Wonderful cozy hotel by the seaside. Staff is beyond welcoming and will make you feel at home. Food is fantastic. Rooms conditions are great also. No complaints. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The worst hotel I saw in my life. Rooms are dirty and have bad smell, breakfast is standard and below average. Sea is good for only who used to swim in river, in another words sea is freaking dirty and you can't swim at all. …
